5.1 All bets placed on 9pk365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of this Agreement.
5.2 9pk365 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where an error in pricing, odds, or market description has occurred, whether due to technical fault, human error, or data feed error. Affected Users will be notified and their stake refunded.
5.3 Live betting odds on 9pk365 update in real time. It is the User's responsibility to verify current odds before confirming any live bet. 9pk365 will not accept responsibility for discrepancies arising from delays between the User's device and 9pk365 servers.
